Creating objectives
1. In the Goal Setting or Review stages, click Create goal.
2. Select the type of goal you want to create.
3. Enter the following:
- Title: Mandatory. Click Goal title to edit it.
- Weight: Mandatory. Edit the weight of your goal by clicking on the weight itself. All of the goals of one objective must sum 100% for the platform to accept them.
4. To see the additional fields of the goal, click +.
5. All of the mandatory additional fields will be marked with a *.
6. Every change will be saved automatically.
7. The platform will warn you if there exists a minimum or a maximum quantity of goals per objective according to the configuration and the limitations of the process.
7. The platform will also warn you if the weights of the goals of one objective don't equal 100%.
Editing goals
1. In the goal setting or review of the participant, search for the goal you want to modify.
2. Click on the fields you want to edit.
3. You will only be able to modify the fields of the goal that allow changes.
4. Every change will be saved automatically.
Replicating goals (Reviewers)
1. In the goal setting or review of your employee, search for the goal you want to replicate.
2. Click Options (three dots) located at the right side of the goal.
3. Click Replicate goal.
4. Choose the employee or employees to which you want to replicate the goal you selected (these employees must be under your charge) and select them.
5. For every employee, choose the objective to which you want to associate the replicated goal.
6. Click Replicate goal.
6. The platform will copy the goal and create a new one identical to the one you selected in the review or goal setting of the employees.
7. You can edit this new goal in the future inside the goal settings or reviews of your employees.
Deleting goals
1. In the goal setting or review, look for the goal you want to delete.
2. Click Options (three dots) located at the right side of the goal.
3. Click Delete goal.
4. Deleting a goal is an irreversible action.
5. Confirm the deletion by clicking Confirm.
