Massive upload and download of objectives and goals

Objectives and goals are registered in the platform by a reviewer to a reviewee or by the reviewee themselves during the Goal Setting Stage. However, there exists the possibility of uploading objectives and goals using a template or downloading them through the same template. This will allow you to create and also update the objectives and goals of various participants at the same time.

Massive upload of goals

To upload goals and objectives massively, the process must have at least one type of objective and one type of goal created. Please ensure this condition is met before downloading the template to update and creating new objectives and goals.

Before making any modifications, we advise you to read this article (in Spanish) that explains the file of goals and objectives and all of its fields.

After making the necessary modifications, follow these steps to upload your file:

1. Go to Configuration.

2. Click Objectives and goals.

3. Click Actions and select Upload objectives and goals.

4. Verify that you met all of the listed requirements and drag and drop the file or select it from your computer.

5. If you have filled out any metrics or you have wrote results to some goals and objectives, you will need to check the Recalculate the results of objectives and goals option when uploading your file. This will make the platform recalculate the results and make any changes considering the updates of results. If you don't check this option, then the results won't be recalculated and the new values will be shown but won't be applied to the goal or objective.

6. Click Upload.

7. The platform will notify you that there's a file being uploaded to the Center of Importation.

Massive download of objectives and goals

To create new objectives and goals, you will need to download the base template first. Follow these steps to do it:

1. In Objectives and goals, click Table of goals.

2. Click Actions.

3. Click Download base template. This will download a base template in an excel file.

To massively download all of the registered objectives and goals in an excel file, with or without HTML codes, follow these steps:

1. In Objectives and goals, click Table of goals.

2. Click Actions.

3. Select Download objectives and goals with/without HTML. The platform will download an excel file that includes all of the registered objectives and goals of the participants of the process in all categories minus self-review.

To massively download all of the registered objectives and goals in an excel file belonging to the self-review category, with or without HTML codes, follow these steps:

1. In Objectives and goals, click Table of goals.

2. Click Actions.

3. Select Download self-review with/without HTML.

4. The platform will download an excel file that includes all of the registered objectives and goals of the participants of the process just in the self-review category.

Once you have chosen an option to download, the platform will show you a message saying that the downloaded excel file will be sent to your e-mail soon.

As the process admin, you will also be able to review all of the assigned goals and objectives of a reviewee through their profile and through the table of goals. In both places, you will have the chance of modifying or updating the behavior of each one of them.
