You can access your results directly from your Home as soon as they are available for you to view them. It's as easy as searching for the process in your process list when the process is finished and clicking the See Results button.
Once you access them, you will be able to review your results report and all of the details of your assessment in one place. If it's stipulated this way, you will also have the chance of answering a closing survey where you will detail your general experience during the process and also during the feedback stage with your manager.
If the See Results button is grayed out, it could be due to one of the following reasons:
- The process is still on-going.
- The process is not in the Results Stage.
- One or more of your reviewers hasn't finished your assessment yet.
- You haven't finished your self-review (if it applies.)
- Your manager still hasn't completed your feedback.
