Predefined reports are standard reports with a structure previously defined by Rankmi. They are the quickest way to download important information of your performance review process from the platform.

How can I download predefined reports?
1. Go to your process.
2. Click Reports.
3. Click Predefined reports. Here you will find all of the available reports to download.
Which reports are available and who can download them?
Report | Description | Role with access to download the report |
General averages per category | Final average of participants considering all of the review categories. In the second sheet, you will find the averages of each category if the process is a 360º Review. | - Admins. - Managers with the following permissions: See results and Download global reports. |
Detailed results per reviewer | Results of every individual assessment done by a reviewer. | - Admins. - Managers with the following permissions: See results and Download global reports. |
Form results | Answers to every form included in the assessment. | - Admins. - Managers with the following permissions: See results and Download global reports. |
Action plans | List of action plans assigned to process participants. | - Admins. - Managers with the following permissions: See results and Download global reports. - Managers of one or more departments (they will only have reports of their departments available to download) |
Resumes | Information uploaded to participants' resumes in the process. | - Admins. |
Hierarchy of departments | Excel file with a detailed version of the hierarchy of departments. | - Admins. |
How can I give permissions to download predefined reports to my managers?
In order to download predefined and personalized reports, managers should have the following permission: Download global reports.
