The Monitoring section of a performance review process is where you can follow the progress of the different stages of your process. Both process admins and managers with permissions to see it will have this section available for them inside their processes and the way the visualize it may vary depending on which departments they have permissions to view.

You will have different monitors for different stages of your performance review process. In each of them you will be able to:
- See the stage progress in percentage (%).
- Filter information using advanced filters.
- Download information in spreadsheets.
- Reset or change the status of a review related to that stage

Every monitor is composed of different tabs depending on the information that they will show. For example, when it comes to the Review Stage Monitor, the available tabs are Reviewers, Reviewees, Reviews and Departments. When it comes to the Validation Stage Monitor, the Hierarchical Validators and Matrix Validators tabs are available.

Who can view the Monitoring section?
The Monitoring section and their corresponding monitors can be viewed by the process administrator and also by managers with permissions to access the section itself. If you want to know more about accesses and permissions in a performance review processes, please see this article.
