What's a manager with administrative permissions?
A manager is a user that can access the Monitoring and Results sections of one or more departments in a performance review process, among other things. When they are given an administrative permission, they will also be able to access the Configuration section, which is a section available to admins only.
What can a manager with administrative permissions do?
- Resetting assessments.
- Resetting self-reviews.
- Resetting feedbacks.
- Managing change requests (if they have access to Monitoring).
- Sending reminders (if they have access to Monitoring).
- Changing and updating reviewers.
- Updating the information of the participants under their assigned departments.
- Accessing Participants (in Configuration) and changing/updating participants' review relations and process information if they are under the departments they have been assigned.
- Accessing Objectives and goals (in Configuration) and managing participants' objectives and goals if they are under the departments they have been assigned.
