A reminder is an e-mail notification that will be sent to a group of participants previously selected from one of the stage monitors.
If you wish to send a reminder, please follow these steps:
1. In the process, go to Monitoring.
2. Select the tab of the corresponding monitor.
3. Click Filter.
4. Select the Status filter.
5. Change the Is equal to option to Not equal to.
6. Change Not started to Finished.
7. Click Filter.
8. Select all of the participants clicking on the gray arrow and choosing Select all.
9. Click Actions.
10. Choose Send reminder.
11. Edit the content of the e-mail and then click Send.
12. Confirm the number of participants that will receive the e-mail notification and click Send.
