3. Below, you will find the Generate with Genius option. Click it and the platform will start working on action plan suggestions related to the dimension you selected in the previous step.

Reviewing suggestions

Immediately, Genius will show you 5 different options of proposed action plans related to the chosen dimension. If you would like to explore more options, just click Generate more options and you will get 5 new suggestions. You can repeat this process as many times as you want.

Selection and details

When selecting a suggested action plan, you will see a detailed description of it, including associated tasks. If you're satisfied with these suggestions, click Apply and all of the fields of the action plan will be completed automatically.

Edition and customization

Even though Genius provides you with a selection of suggested basa-dated action plans, you will always have the chance of editing and customizing any plan to adapt them to your company needs and particular characteristics.
