What's Genius AI Analysis?

The Genius AI Analysis is a tool that uses artificial intelligence to analyse and offer detailed insights on the qualitative answers of the surveys. This function allows the transformation of comments and opinions into concrete analytical data, making easier the understanding of the perceptions of the team and helping with an informed decision making process.


How can I activate AI Genius?

From the configuration of your survey, click AI Tools. Search for the Report - Genius option and activate it. Then, go to the result reports and click Generate report with AI


How can I access the Genius Analysis AI report?

To access this report, go to the Reports section in the Engagement and Climate dashboard and select the Genius AI Analysis from the available options.


Report

1. General summary

Here you will find a summary of all of the given answers from the team. This section gives you a general overview of the most common opinions, feelings and worries.


2. Recommendations and insights

Based on the analysis of comments and answers, the artificial intelligence will generate insights and recommendations. This advice can guide you when making decisions based on the future or while addressing specific issues.


3. Multiple categories

In order to understand the areas of concern, comments will be classified in different categories, such as interpersonal relationships, well-being, remuneration, organizational communication, etc.


Due to the complex and multifactorial nature of opinions, many answers can belong to one or more categories at a time.


By clicking See details in each category, you will see every answer related to that category, which will allow you to reach a more in-depth analysis of them.
