What is the AI generator of action plans?

It's an assistant for the creation of action plans in engagement and organizational climate surveys.

With this tool, you can:

• Design action plans based on practices and strategies widely accepted in the literature about leadership and organizational development.
• Obtain different suggestions of action plans and choose which ones are the best for your company.

How can I create action plans with AI?

First, you will need to activate this tool in the AI Tools section of your survey. Enable it in AI Action plans.

Then, go to the Action plans tab and click Create action plan. Choose the competency or dimension that you want to associate the action plan with and then click Generate with Genius.

Important:

• The Generate with Genius option will be enabled only if you previously selected a competency or dimension.
• When generating results with Genius AI, all of the previously entered information (title, description, tasks) will be replaced. 

When you click Generate with Genius, the platform will show you different suggestions of action plans related to the dimension you chose. To see the details of each one, click them and the platform will generate a brief description of the action plan and a list of sub-tasks related to it.

Choose the best option for you and click Apply. If none of the options seems right for you, click Generate more options. 

When you click Apply, the fields of title, description and sub-tasks will be filled out automatically according to the option you chose. The remaining fields can be filled out by you or by the participants.
