What is Genius AI Analysis?

It's an AI-generated report which allows you to obtain relevant and precise information from the qualitative answers given by your employees.

With this product, you can:

• Save time when managing qualitative data, and as a result, time of analysis, interpretation and categorization. 
• Obtain relevant insights on the perception of your employees.
• Get suggestions of practices and strategies widely accepted in literature about leadership and organizational development.

How can I activate AI Genius?

From the configuration of your survey, click AI Tools. Search for the AI Insights option and activate it. This will enable a new section called Genius AI Analysis in Reports.

Important: The generation of results with AI will be available only after the survey is finished.

Once you have activated the tool, go to Reports and click Generate AI results. When your report is ready, you will be notified through email. 

Report sections

The report will contain the following sections:

• General summary: A summary of the main findings obtained from the survey.
• Recommendations: A list of suggested actions based on the main findings of the previous section.
• Categorization of answers: A table that groups answers in one or more categories. To review every answer under a category, click See answers.

Important: This report will only show data in a team level.
