To update a participant's information inside a performance review process, follow these steps:
1. Inside the review process, go to Configuration.
2. On the side menu, choose Participants.
3. Search for the participant using the search bar and click Options (three dots).
4. Click Edit participant.
6. Click Save changes once you are done.
When updating the information of a participant, please consider the following:
- The platform will only allow you to change the department, the competencies assignation and the additional information related to this particular review process.
- Things such as the participant's profile picture, identifier, names, position, email address, gender, language, subdomain and password can be changed/updated only through the Masterlist. Every change will be automatically applied to the performance review process as soon as it's done on the Masterlist.
