Opening the Network console for a review in detail

In Rankmi Support, we like to exhaust all resources to help you. In order to do so, we have a very useful tool that most of the time will help us with a more detailed review of what may be happening and why it may be happening to you in any given moment. This tool is called the Network console.


Here we will teach you how to use it step by step.


Note: The Network console is only available in Google Chrome. 


1. Right-click any part of the screen.

2. Select Inspect.

3. The console will open immediately. 

4. If the console is docked to the side, we advise you to dock it to the bottom clicking Options (three dots) and selecting the bottom icon.

5. Click the Network tab.

6. Reload the page without closing the console.

7. Every action will be reflected in the console. In the case there's something wrong with the page, the console will show any problem highlighted in red. 

8. Take a screenshot of the whole screen and save it.


It's important that when one of our analysts asks you for this information, you can send them a screenshot that also includes the address bar of the browser. This will allow us to review your case and refer it to the right team of experts by having all the details of it.
