Personalized reports in Performance

In Rankmi we offer you the chance of creating your own reports of results for your performance review processes. With this you will be able to download only the information you need and have it at your disposal in only one place.

Where can I create my own personalized reports?

To create your own personalized reports, follow these steps:


1. Go to Configuration of your process

2. Click Reports

3. Click the Personalized reports tab

4. Click Create report


Here you will have the chance of naming your report and also selecting the type of personalized report you want to create. Additionally, you will also be able to drag and drop the different fields of information to organize them in any way you want.


Which types of report do exist?

Reviewees (detailed reviews per reviewer)

In this report, you will be able to add your participants' information and their additional fields. You will also be able to add the list of their reviewers and also the information associated with their assessments and the status and results on each review relation.


Reviewees: General averages

In this report, you will be able to add your participants' information and their additional fields. You will also be able to add their global results (per domain, objectives averages and domain averages) before and after calibration. 


Reviewees: Report of results of goals and objectives

With this report, you will be able to download only the results of the objectives and goals of your participants.

Who can create personalized reports?

Only admins and managers with permissions to download global reports can create personalized reportes.


Who can view and download personalized reports?

Only the user that created the personalized report can view and download it.
