Status of a participant's survey

There exists 4 different statuses in engagement/climate surveys:

Not Invited

It's the initial status of a participant in a survey. This status can change to Pending once the person received an invitation sent from the platform or In Progress once the participant starts answering their survey.

All of the participants of a survey start with the status of Not Invited once the invitation is sent. If you reset a survey, the status of the survey will change to Not Invited so you will be able to send an invitation again to the participant.

In Progress

Corresponds to the status of the participants that already started to answer their survey. If the survey has multiple periods, the status of In Progress will be shown until the last period is finished.

Completed

Corresponds to the last status of a participant. In surveys of only one cycle, this status will appear once the participant has answered all of the mandatory questions and clicked on the Finish survey button at the end of the survey.
