In this article, we will show you how to assign families of weights to the participants of your performance review process.

In order to assign families of weights, you must have created at least one family of weights and must have activated automatically assigned weights. If you wish to know more on this, please check this article (in Spanish).

Using the platform

To assign a family of weights through the platform, please follow these steps:

1. In Configuration, click Participants.

2. Search for the participant.

3. Click Actions (three dots.)

4. Click Edit participant.

5. In User information, scroll down until you find Process information.

6. Search for Family of weights.

7. Click on the dropdown and select the family of weights that you want to assign to that participant.

8. Click Save changes.

Using the participants template

1. Download the participants template.

2. Create a new column with the following header: family_ponderations_code

3. In the same row of the participant that you want to assign this family of weights to, paste the code of the family of weights.

4. To avoid any unwanted changes, delete all of the columns minus the identifier and family_ponderations_code ones before uploading the file.

5. Upload the file in the Participants section.

You can find the code for each family of weights following these steps:

1. Go to Configuration.

2. Go to Review categories.

3. Click on the Families of weights tab.

4. Search for the family of weights you want to use and copy the code below its name.

Once you have assigned a family of weights, it will become visible in the participant's information and you will have the chance to change it directly there.
