If you forgot your password and would like to reset it, follow one of these two options:
Reset your password in the platform
1. Go to your enterprise domain.
2. If the option is available, click on Forget password?
3. Enter the email address associated with your Rankmi account.
4. Done! We will send you an email with instructions to reset your password and log into Rankmi again.
Reset your password through our support chat
If the option Forget password? is not available for you, we kindly ask you to contact one of our agents by using the chat bubble located at the right side of your screen.
