Change your password

To change your password, follow these steps:

1. Log into your Rankmi account.

2. From Home, search for your profile picture located in the top right of the site.

3. Click Options (three dots).

4. Select Account settings.

5. Scroll down until Account information.

6. Enter your new password.

7. Confirm your new password by entering it again.

8. Click Save changes.

When creating your new password

• Don't use an old password.
• Don't use your username or your identifier (email address, ID number) as your new password.
• Don't use symbols or special characters.
