There are different ways in which your users can log in to the platform from their respective subdomains. If you want to change or modify it, follow these steps:
1. Go to Administration (screw icon) from Home.
2. Under Company Settings in the side menu, click Company Info.
3. Select the subdomain where you want to make these changes.
4. Scroll down until Integrations with SSO and Login Settings.
5. Activate or deactivate the ways you want your users to login. Please consider that some of them may need additional configuration from you or from your PM.
Integrations with SSO
Single sign-on (SSO) is an identification method that enables users to log in to multiple applications and websites with one set of credentials. Activating one of those SSO options will allow users to use the credentials of their internal corporate accounts (E.g., Google or Microsoft) to log in to Rankmi.
Login Settings
Under this section you will find the most common ways in which users can log in to the platform, which includes login with username and password and login with temporal passwords. You can also enable login for users that don't have an integrated account if there exists an integration with SSO already activated.
You can also activate 2-step verification, enable users to recover their passwords using their emails and limit how many times they can use their previous passwords or how many login attempts they have before their accounts get blocked.
