Configuration of the Home

To personalize the appearance of the Home page, follow these steps:

1. Go to Administration (screw icon).

2. The content that you see in your Home is mostly composed of widgets. To set which widgets you want to show, click Widgets under Company Settings at the left side of your page.

3. Activate or deactivate the widgets you want to show. E.g., the Starred widget will allow you to select which processes and/or surveys you want to show at Home. If you want to know more about widgets, please check this article (in Spanish).

4. Once you have activated and configured some widgets, you can play with the design of them by going to Home page/Page design.

5. There, you will be able to drag & drop the widgets and organize them in any way you want.

6. The changes will be saved immediately.

The homepage design has certain sections that are fixed and that you can't modify. Those are the main menu, the apps menu and the feed that will always be located in the middle inferior zone of the page.

Recent activity 

The recent activity section shows the most recent posts of every product currently activated in the feed. Those include News, Continuous Feedback, Publications, Acknowledgements, birthdays and anniversaries. 

To activate or deactivate which activity will be shown in the recent activity section, you can do so in the lower part of the page.

The products you deactivate will continue to appear in the Apps section of the Home but not in the recent activity part.
